Are there any import taxes for orders and returns to non-EU countries?Updated 4 days ago

Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and/or handling fees may apply to orders shipped outside the EU, including to Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.

Love Stories does not cover or reimburse these import fees, since these charges are determined by customs, except for orders shipped to the UK. To avoid surprises, we always recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay these duties, the package will unfortunately be returned to us. We will process it as a return once received.

For returns from outside the EU

We do not reimburse any shipping costs, import duties, or customs clearance fees associated with return shipments.

Please ensure the original commercial invoice is attached to the outside of the return package. Make sure to select the option “duties paid” (also known as DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), to avoid delays or fees at customs.
