When can I expect my order to be delivered?Updated 22 days ago

Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it and hand it over to the carrier. A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when the carrier delivers your parcel, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your Love Stories order. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed. In case you did not collect your order and the carrier sent it back to us, we are unable to re-send your order and you will be refunded. Our delivery times are estimated and may be longer than usual during our sale period.
