After we have received your package in our warehouse, your return will be processed and you will receive your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email about this. If you have the feeling that you are waiting longer than the given time frame, check the tracking of your return to see if it has been delivered, or feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any doubts.
